Sky Heating, A/C, Plumbing & Electrical in the Portland area is seeking a Dispatch Specialist to prioritize and assign service calls using the priority matrix, communicate with customers to schedule updates, and support technicians in close-out and routing.
The role requires at least 2 years of electrical, plumbing or HVAC dispatch experience, familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Service Titan, and the ability to work 7:00am–3:30pm at our Tualatin location.
