Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties in apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities;
Clean public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas;
Perform all laundry duties including washing and drying resident laundry and textiles and distributing laundered articles and linens;
Wash windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested;
