• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as general maintenance tasks such as landscaping and painting.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of common areas and facilities.
• Work closely with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to company standards.
• Communicate with residents to provide updates on maintenance issues and ensure satisfaction.

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
