Alpha Graphics Commercial Printing Services is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team! We are looking for someone who works well in a team and a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality work.

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk oversees all incoming and outgoing packages, including receiving deliveries, verifying quantities and quality, storing and pulling inventory, packing and labeling outgoing orders, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely shipments. This position monitors all packages from start to finish, ensuring proper packing techniques, postal requirements and shipping practices, while ensuring quality control standards are met.

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year experience in a shipping or related position preferred.

• Must be knowledgeable of scanners and scales.
• Familiar with United States Postal Office, United Parcel Service and other mailing/shipping requirements.
• Required to operate a forklift and complete Forklift Training.
• Must have basic math skills with the ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.
• Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.
• Must have valid AZ Drivers License to travel to various locations, as needed.

This position requires the ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
