We are looking to hire Floor Care Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas. Housekeepers provides laundry services to ensure a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for residents, staff and the public. Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance tasks and emergency services

* Specialized floor care (stripping, scrubbing, buffing, and refinishing hard surface floors)

* Carpet cleaning and extracting

* Secure work areas using appropriate safety procedures

* Follow all company and safety rules and regulations

* Ensure cleanliness of the work site after service completion

* Inspect equipment and ensure all supplies are in good working order

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Some maintenance or floor care experience is preferred

* Highly organized and dependable

* Attention for detail

* Must be able to speak and read fluent English
