Job Description
Ryan Companies US, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in Tucson. The role is primarily stationary and supports a management team that oversees a 350‑acre campus and a high‑rise office building. The technician will maintain exterior, interior, and critical building systems, completing preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to satisfy tenants and building owners.
Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems.
- Conduct daily rounds, interpret system readings.
- Coordinate and oversee vendor work.
- Perform general repairs and adjustments to building systems, lighting, and plumbing.
- General maintenance experience in commercial buildings and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude toward building occupants.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work from ladders, overhead, and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Availability for on‑call, after‑hours, and weekend rotations.
- Proven track record of excellence.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to make adjustments and general repairs, including Microsoft 365 software experience.
