E. Tucson Marketplace Blvd is opening March 2026. Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 48 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.
Responsible for preventative maintenance and general service within Maintenance/Security Department. Performs pm on HVAC, system and boiler. Oversees general, routine maintenance and servicing operations throughout the hospital plant and grounds as directed by Director of Plant Operations.
PayRate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications- General maintenance/construction and/or HVAC experience preferred
- Experience picking up and closing general work orders and Preventative Maintenance
- Hospital Experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
