Custodian VA Part-Time

Position Introduction

We seek a reliable and detail-oriented person to be part of our custodial team. This is a part‑time position working Monday‑Friday late afternoon‑evening.

• Adhere to training as assigned by Custodial Account Manager, Custodial Lead, or designated trainer. Training may be written, oral, computer based, or on‑the‑job training.
• Adhere to all Beacon Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, security, and customer site policies.
• Ensure assigned spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash/recycle, organizing furniture, & dusting surfaces.
• Sweep/mop hard surface floors, vacuum carpeted areas.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, urinals, and other restroom/shower fixtures.
• Stock consumable supplies in break areas and restrooms or other areas as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain accountability for assigned facility keys, badges, or other access media. Report stolen or misplaced access media to leadership immediately.
• Act in a professional manner and communicate with building tenants and custodial leadership.
• Must be able to pass any background/drug screens.
• Candidate must have own transportation to/from work.
