Maintenance Tech (Maintenance Partner)

Department: TUCSON PLACE ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE

Do you have a passion to serve seniors? We are looking for a Maintenance Partner to maintain building interiors, grounds, and support resident relocation tasks. This role involves indoor and outdoor maintenance, cleaning, and preventive upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

• Maintain the interior of the building, offices, and common areas, including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, trash removal, and upkeep of vinyl floors.
• Maintain grounds, including outdoor building repairs, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal.
• Prepare apartments for move‑in and complete refurbishing after move‑out.
• Implement and document preventative maintenance programs for the community and equipment.
