Retail Display Installer – Technology. Service Required.
Work Location:
Tucson, AZ (travel up to 90 miles).
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, weekends not required. Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
Company: 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. The role involves installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client‑specific instructions.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to field service management communication (within 24 hours).
- Keep availability updated.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end‑caps, and fixtures.
- Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving a job site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure timely execution of related tasks.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Submit accurate timecards on time and report anomalies with corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate in training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions.
- Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as required.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical: climb a ladder up to 10ft, lift and carry up to 60lb, able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability: adjust to changing tasks and environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, and app usage.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required). Retail or merchandising experience preferred; experience in installation and merchandising preferred.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo upload and data entry.
- Must complete all training assignments within the required timeframe.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90miles per assignment.
- Strong leadership, decision‑making, judgment, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
- $17.00 per hour.
- Next‑day pay on demand via Daily Pay.
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
- Paid training.
- Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability.
