B. Miller Medical Center - - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks including simple carpentry, electrical maintenance, pipe fitting, plumbing, light bulb replacement, painting/patchwork, grounds keeping, lubrication, and machine maintenance;
Repair, replace, install facility systems and equipment as needed;
Assist with or monitor on-site service for boilers, heat pumps, air-conditioning, chillers and refrigeration units;
Ensure safe and functional facility operations in a healthcare environment;
Support maintenance team with project work as required
