Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager;
Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance;
Maintain work order system and ensure orders are completed in a timely manner to standards and resident satisfaction;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common area amenities to identify issues requiring maintenance, repair, or replacement;
Participate in emergency on-call/after-hours maintenance assignments and assist with property emergencies
