Every role makes an impact. Here's what it takes to make yours count. 7+ years of maintenance experience on mechanical systems and CNC equipment. Hands-on experience with CNC machines (mills, lathes, hones). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office tools. High School Diploma or GED; technical degree or trade certification preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. U.S. Citizenship required; must pass background and drug screening. Preferred:
Forklift certification Experience managing spare parts inventory

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced preventative maintenance on CNC and production equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues using manuals, schematics, and technical documentation. Support equipment rebuilds, upgrades, and improvement projects. Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve reliability. Track maintenance activities and manage work orders in CMMS. Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for repairs and replacements.
