Description

As our Housekeeper, you'll help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the community's interior spaces while supporting the overall resident experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of leasing offices, model apartments, clubhouses, public restrooms, fitness centers, and other common areas
  • Cleaning and preparing vacant apartment homes to support timely move-ins and community occupancy goals
  • Performing routine housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, polishing, and trash removal
  • Cleaning appliances, countertops, bathrooms, windows, and other surfaces to company quality standards
  • Monitoring the condition of community facilities and reporting maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues to management
  • Maintaining housekeeping equipment and supplies while ensuring proper use of cleaning products and materials
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering of housekeeping supplies as directed
  • Following OSHA standards, company safety policies, and established cleaning procedures
  • Supporting community events, inspections, and special cleaning projects as needed
  • Promoting a positive, safe, and welcoming community environment
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Who You Are

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values cleanliness and organization, and enjoys contributing to a positive resident experience. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, hospitality, or related cleaning experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment while following safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, vendors, contractors, and residents
  • Basic reading and writing skills sufficient to understand instructions, safety labels, and company communications
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when working in occupied and vacant apartment homes
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive cleaning activities throughout the workday
  • Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation preferred
