Sylvania is seeking a maintenance supervisor in Tucson, AZ to perform a full range of building and grounds maintenance. The role oversees a team, coordinates with groundskeepers, and coordinates repairs and routine maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years of maintenance experience and a State of AZ License. Work includes indoor/outdoor environments with safety and customer service expectations.
