The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Director for our senior living communities to oversee preventative maintenance of the facility building, equipment and grounds, and to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
This role requires hands-on knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems and mechanics, with prior maintenance leadership and the ability to coordinate licensed vendors and assist residents with minor repairs.
