Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks as directed by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common area amenities to maintain safety and cleanliness and identify issues requiring maintenance, repair or replacement;
Maintain work order system and ensure orders are completed in a timely manner to resident satisfaction;
Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and/or inclement weather events, fires, and floods;
Promote safety and risk management in accordance with local, state, and company rules and regulations; participate in on-call/after-hours maintenance assignments as needed
