The Construction Automation Lead is responsible for the day-to-day execution, support, and supervision of Construction Automation activities on an assigned construction project. This role serves as the primary on-site delivery lead for digital tools, workflows, and system integrations supporting construction, project controls, ES&H, commissioning and startup, and turnover activities.

The role combines hands-on subject matter expertise with first-line supervisory responsibility. It is focused on execution in the field, including system deployment, issue resolution, user adoption, and consistent application of approved M&T Construction Automation standards. The role works closely with project management, field supervision, contractors, clients, vendors, and corporate teams to ensure digital solutions are aligned with project needs and effectively deployed in the field

• Execute and support day-to-day Construction Automation activities in support of construction execution and field operations
• Serve as the primary on-site subject matter expert for Construction Automation systems, tools, and workflows
• Own the day-to-day operation and performance of Construction Automation systems supporting field execution
• Support deployment, configuration, and operation of approved Construction Automation systems in alignment with M&T standards
