Variety in your day. From daily touch-ups to deep cleans every few months, no two days look exactly the same.

Meaningful work. Every space you clean helps keep our team safe, healthy, and productive.

• Keep bathrooms, offices, production areas, and common spaces clean and welcoming
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors to keep them looking their best
• Empty trash and keep supply areas stocked (toilet paper, hand towels, cleaning products)
• Spot and safely handle spills or hazards, using proper signage (like wet floor signs)
• Tackle a mix of daily, weekly, and periodic tasks — from wiping down break room tables to deep-cleaning refrigerators every few months
• Keep windows, counters, and archive areas dust-free and tidy

• A friendly, reliable person who works well with others and can be trusted with our space
• Someone comfortable working independently and staying on top of tasks proactively
• Physical stamina — this role involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Prior custodial experience is a plus, but not required — we value a strong work ethic just as much
