As a Full‑Time Maintenance Technician at Biltmore Properties Inc., you can expect a dynamic day‑to‑day routine focused on ensuring the optimal condition of our properties. You'll conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and respond promptly to resident requests. Your responsibilities include performing repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as general maintenance tasks such as landscaping and painting.
