Job Summary:
The Hotel Maintenance Tech is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations within the hotel. They will supervise their work orders to ensure that all requests are carried out efficiently and in accordance with safety and quality standards while supporting the daily implementation of Level 5's "High Touch" facilities program. This position is part-time, including two AM shifts on Fridays and Saturdays (7am-3:30pm).

- Maintaining and repairing physical structures of hotel buildings and grounds w/ COM's guidance
- Preventive maintenance schedule
- Assisting with grounds/landscaping maintenance activities
- Cleaning and upkeep of hotel buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows
- Assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies
- Takes inventories of tools, equipment, and supplies according to purchasing guidelines
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists staff in solving work problems
- Perform pool chemical maintenance and upkeep
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma and Trade school coursework in a related field preferred.
- Previous engineer/maintenance experience preferred
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.
- Must be able to access and navigate the facility.
- Employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
Part-time Role:
Friday & Saturday AM's (7 am - 3:30 pm)
