Job Summary:

Grand Oaks Assisted Living is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance/Janitor to join our team in Tulare, California. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our assisted living facility. Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and elevators

• Perform daily janitorial tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and reporting any maintenance issues to the facilities team

• Work closely with other team members to ensure a clean and safe environment for our residents

• Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner to meet the needs of our residents and staff

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience; on-the-job training provided

• Preferred long term care or RCFE experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• High school diploma or equivalent required
