Job Overview

We are hiring Custodians to keep our facilities clean and operational at Arnold AFB. No experience is required; we provide full training.

• Location:
  
  Arnold AFB
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (part‑time, varying hours)

• Check in with supervisor and teammates, review the daily cleaning plan.
• Set up supplies: mops, brooms, vacuums, disinfectants.
• Clean designated areas: sweep, mop, vacuum floors; remove trash; restrooms, tables, chairs, doors, windows, mirrors, glass.
• Dust furniture, shelves, vents; clean windows.
• Perform final walkthrough to ensure cleanliness.
• Return tools to storage and prep for next day.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching.

• Lift, carry, push or pull equipment up to 25–30 lb.
• Navigate stairs, ramps, uneven flooring.
• Indoor work with varying temperature and light.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, solvents; PPE required.
• Potential exposure to dust, allergens, biohazardous materials or bodily fluids (in healthcare or public restrooms). PPE provided.
• Work in confined or awkward spaces.
• Noise from vacuum cleaners, floor buffers; hearing protection when needed.
