Structural Welder
Start with a steady shop, solid work, and long-term opportunity. We’re hiring Structural Welders to join a busy shop with consistent work. If you know how to run MIG and Flux, read prints, and handle out-of-position welds, this is a place where you can stay busy and build a career.
What You’ll Be Doing- Weld structural components using MIG and Flux core
- Run welds in 3G (vertical), 4G (overhead), and flat/horizontal positions
- Read blueprints and shop drawings to lay out work
- Set machine settings (voltage/amp) based on material and weld specs
- Fit and prep materials using saws, grinders, and hand tools
- Align and clamp parts before welding
- Inspect welds and clean up work as needed
- Keep equipment and work area safe and in working condition
- Experience with MIG and Flux welding
- Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
- Comfortable welding out of position (3G / 4G)
- Hands‑on experience in a structural or fabrication shop
- At least 6–8 months of welding experience
- Structural fitting experience
- Experience using grinders, torches, and shop tools
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive

Structural welding shop on a large, active campus, non-climate controlled — real shop environment.
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Second Shift: Mon‑Thurs, 3:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Physically active work — lifting, welding, grinding throughout the shift
Job Type & Location- Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.
- This is a fully onsite position in Tulsa, OK.
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
