Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club’s standards and procedures
- Performs all regular, repair and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
- Collaborate with Club Manager on a daily basis
- HVAC experience recommended
- Other duties as required
- Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance a must
