** MAKE-READY TECHNICIAN – TURN HOMES INTO MOVE-IN MAGIC

** Make-Ready Technician**, you’ll be the key player who transforms recently vacated apartments into move-in ready homes. Your work ensures every new resident’s first impression is a great one.
** What You’ll Be Doing:**
* ** Apartment Refresh** – Repair surfaces, replace fixtures, test appliances, change HVAC filters, touch up flooring and carpet, and apply fresh paint to get apartments sparkling clean and move-in ready.
* ** Safety First** – Keep a safe work environment for both residents and your team while following all company and industry safety standards.
* ** Pitch In** – Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep whenever needed.
* ** Resident-Friendly** – Interact with residents in a friendly, professional way when you’re working on-site.

* ** Team Player** – You’re willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
* ** Valid Driver’s License** – For using company vehicles or picking up supplies off-site.

This is a full-time role for someone who takes pride in making apartments look and feel like home.
