Porter/Custodian – Sanitation and Facilities Maintenance

• Keep facilities fresh, clean, and safe for everyone
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness in all areas
• Remove trash and recycling, performing sustainability practices
• Restock supplies, empty wastebaskets, and replace liners as needed
• Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals
• Sweep and damp mop floors with disinfectant
• Spot‑clean soiled areas when necessary
• Perform general cleaning duties in restrooms, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, and other assigned areas
• Perform stripping and waxing – wet floor care as required
• Operate equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers
• Follow company schedule and customer expectations, acting under Lead Custodian or Management direction
• Adhere to safety guidelines, policies, and proper attire requirements

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and complete tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of safety guidelines for sanitation tasks
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures on safety, customer service, and attire
