This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property including, but not limited to, general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment. The Maintenance manager will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club’s standards and procedures
Performs all regular, repair and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
Collaborate with Club Manager on a daily basis
HVAC experience recommended
Other duties as required
Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance a must
