Floor Technician

Job Summary

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment n’s Medical Center (1923 South Utica Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74104).

• Maintain knowledge of the principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures for hard floor care, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor surface areas.
• Use proper procedures for carpet and upholstery care, including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the manager.

• Prior floor maintenance or floor care technician experience required.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
