Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. The role requires working on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with one additional flexible day, such as Friday or Tuesday. Typical working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasionally, evening hours may be required to accommodate project work and reduce foot traffic.

• Perform routine and project-based floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
• Clean and maintain multiple flooring types, such as tile, vinyl, and carpet, ensuring all floors meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment efficiently.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed to support overall departmental operations.
• Work efficiently in an active environment with frequent interruptions.
• Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.

• Prior experience in floor care, including stripping and waxing.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and interruptions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
• Adherence to appearance and conduct standards is expected at all times.

This role offers a weekend schedule that allows you to build and expand skills within Environmental Services and healthcare operations.

Part-Time

Required days:
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

One additional flexible day (e.g., Friday or Tuesday)

Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

The work environment requires standing, walking, bending, and operating machinery for extended periods. Employees must adhere to a dress code, wearing department-issued or approved scrubs in burgundy or plum, along with comfortable, well-maintained shoes. The campus is tobacco-free, and employees must leave the property to smoke and clock out during that time. Compliance with all workplace policies and procedures is mandatory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
