Little Rock, AR – Retail shop;
Oklahoma City, OK (AMG) – ASU.

Responsibilities- System Integration:
Install, configure, and program Controlled Automation CNC plasma cutting equipment and arc welding robotic systems (specifically OTC and Yaskawa). - Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostic repairs on electrical/electronic components (sensors, motors, drives), mechanical components (precision gears, bearings, linkages), fluid power systems (pneumatic and hydraulic), and cutting technology (Hypertherm cutting systems and integrated components). - Technical Support:
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware malfunctions related to robotic controllers and plasma power sources. - Travel & Logistics:
Up to 75% travel required, including overnight stays; company provides a fully equipped vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and per diem for meals and travel expenses. - Training & Documentation:
Provide comprehensive on‑site operator training and generate detailed service reports to maintain accurate equipment histories. - Business Development:
Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and sell preventative maintenance contracts; develop accurate estimates, quotes, and formal proposals for service work; partner with the sales team to expand gas and welding supply footprints within existing accounts.
- Experience in any type of electro‑mechanical technology.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues to customers and work effectively with the internal sales force.
- Absolute commitment to adhering to all OSHA and site‑specific safety regulations.
- Experience with Controlled Automation CNC systems and robotic platforms (Yaskawa/OTC).
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting electromechanical systems and a deep understanding of Hypertherm plasma technology.
- A solid grasp of various welding processes.
- Work in industrial environments (heat, noise, dust).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to fulfill the travel requirements stated above.
