• Physical readiness: climbing, lifting (up to 70 lbs), carrying, bending, pushing/pulling, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and twisting are part of your active workday.
• Safety focus: work in environments where attention and responsibility are key to keeping everyone safe.
• Professional attitude: display courtesy and respect toward coworkers, supervisors, and the public.
• Dependability: arrive on time, prepared for each shift, with a willingness to work nights, weekends, overtime, and travel to various worksites as needed.
• Outdoor endurance: tackle tasks in all kinds of weather—hot, cold, rainy, or shine.
• Minimum age: at least 18 years old, for safety requirements.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

• Pay: starting at $20.64 an hour, depending on experience.
