Custodian - H3904 (1011 - Southwest Region)

• Keeping the facilities fresh, clean, and safe for everyone.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and shining like a pro.
• Taking out trash and recycling.
• Restocking supplies, emptying wastebaskets, and replacing liners as needed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, basins, and urinals.
• Sweeping and damp mopping floors with disinfectant.
• Spot cleaning soiled areas when needed.
• General cleaning (restroom, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, others as assigned).
• Use of equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
• Refilling all restroom dispensers as needed.
• Performing assignments according to company schedule and customer expectations.
• Performing all general required tasks as directed by the Lead Custodian or Management.
• Performing all tasks within proper safety guidelines.
• Following all company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service, and proper attire.

• Has an eye for detail and a love for cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to roll.
• Independent and a team player.
• Not afraid to roll up sleeves and get the job done.
