ADPM, LLC in Tulsa, OK is hiring a dedicated custodian to support our custodial team by cleaning and maintaining the Western Supply Apartment space located at 424 N Boulder Ave, within the downtown Tulsa Arts District campus.
You will perform general cleaning in common areas, handle minor repairs, be on-call after hours on a rotating schedule, and help ensure safe, clean, and welcoming environments for tenants and visitors. On-the-job training is provided.
