Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines;
Inspect, clean, and test equipment to diagnose issues and determine replacement needs;
Utilize blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery and fixtures;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts ordering, and documentation including warranty claims and expense reports;
Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations to support critical business needs.
