Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities and equipment;

Diagnose issues using blueprints and repair manuals and conduct major and minor repairs across multiple crafts;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities while ensuring safety and quality standards;
Document maintenance activities, track parts and equipment orders, and submit warranty claims as required.
