Facilities Grounds And Site Worker Lead

Our Facilities Department is seeking a Grounds & Site Worker Lead to join their team for the  school year!

SUMMARY:

The job of Grounds and Site Worker Lead is primary responsible for leading and coordinating the work of the grounds person crew in the maintenance of landscaped areas on school district property. The Grounds & Site Worker Lead assists the Facilities Central Lead – Grounds and Site with maintaining school district sites. This includes working from plans, blueprints, sketches, work requests, written and verbal directions to complete tasks utilizing district staff and/or contractors as assigned.

The employee is required to perform the assigned duties at a very high proficiency level with minimal on-site supervision. Including but not limited to:
Litter, leaf and debris removal, lawn and field mowing, edging, pulling weeds, pruning, trees and shrub maintenance. Landscape, signage, fencing, play toy, concrete, asphalt, installation, maintenance, and/or renovation. Maintaining and establishing grade while trenching and/or grading.
