Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community as assigned;
Complete service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles;
Fix wall and/or floor coverings, repair furniture and fixtures;
Perform basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs;
Repair appliances, paint and refurbish projects;
Work with heating and air systems, refrigeration systems, carpet and hard surface maintenance and make ready rooms as assigned
