Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Rib Crib BBQ is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to help keep our Tulsa locations clean, safe, and guest-ready. In this hands-on role, you'll support daily repairs, perform light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and assist with kitchen and dining room equipment upkeep. You'll complete preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, monitor building cleanliness, and support safety and sanitation standards. Working closely with restaurant leaders and vendors, you'll prioritize work orders, track supplies, and help ensure a reliable, comfortable environment that reflects our friendly, guest-focused BBQ culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building, dining room, and kitchen maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
• Support upkeep and light troubleshooting of restaurant and kitchen equipment
• Complete preventive maintenance checklists and document work orders
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards across facilities
• Assist with vendor coordination and access for larger repairs
• Maintain tools, supplies, and inventory for maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance and safety issues
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to prioritize maintenance tasks
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
