SUMMARY:
This position is to perform maintenance tasks within the facility. All aspcets of facility maintenance and repair.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- A. Drywall and Paint extensive experience required.
- B. Reliable transportation and cell phone required.
- C. Full time flexible schedule required.
- D. Trouble shooting repairing various equipment.
- E. Experience in long term care facility preferred.
- F. HVAC license is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Functional literacy in English is required
- Paint
- Tile
- Drywall
- Electrical
