Assemble, maintain, and repair action sports equipment in accordance with company and vendor standards;
Assist with everyday bicycle services including minor to advanced repairs, parts replacement, fitting accessories, routine safety checks, and cleaning and lubricating components;
Snow equipment care including base cleaning, sharpening, waxing, brushing, polishing, and detuning tips/tails;
Diagnose faults, damages, and wear to provide accurate estimates and educate athletes on essential or recommended repairs;
Assemble new equipment and perform quality checks with lead before handing off to the explorer sales floor
