Full Time | Salary Range: $18.00 Hourly
American Parking is experiencing rapid growth and we are looking for additional janitorial associates to join our team. The position is full‑time, requiring availability Tuesday through Saturday from 7am to 3:30pm. 60% of the work involves light maintenance and 40% involves janitorial duties. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills are required.
Locations- Downtown locations and garages.
- Health insurance offerings after completion of a 90‑day probationary period for full‑time employees.
- 401(k) participation for full‑ and part‑time employees after one year of employment.
- Open availability to work days or nights.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
