The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery and maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior: emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work area.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area: emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing unwanted vehicle parts, placing tools and equipment in proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds neat and orderly, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Customer service abilities.
• Positive attitude.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willingness to learn.

• Pulling/pushing, carrying.
• Walking 5+ minutes.
• Sitting.
• Standing 5+ minutes.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl 1+.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
