The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery and maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.
Key Job Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior: emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work area.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area: emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing unwanted vehicle parts, placing tools and equipment in proper location.
- Maintain parking lots and grounds neat and orderly, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
- Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs.
- Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs.
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
- High School diploma / GED preferred.
- Ability to multitask.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Clear close vision required.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer service abilities.
- Positive attitude.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Willingness to learn.
- Pulling/pushing, carrying.
- Walking 5+ minutes.
- Sitting.
- Standing 5+ minutes.
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl 1+.
- Operate a motor vehicle.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.

Compensation Details$14 – $19 / Hour
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
