• Maintain all cosmetic items in guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area in the Facilities Engineering Shop.
• Prepare daily work forms.
• Inspect lighting throughout the property, identify potential problems, and resolve them.
• Respond to maintenance requests and house calls.
• Maintain pool facilities as assigned.
• Ensure maximum level of service and satisfaction.
• Maintain working knowledge of all company rules, regulations, and controls.
• Maintain, repair, and install wall covering, flooring, painting, woodwork, and drywall.
• Conduct projects such as office build‑outs and room renovations.
• Upkeep property decorations and cosmetics.
• Ensure the upkeep of all aesthetic areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in lawn maintenance, janitorial, or specialty cleaning is preferred.
• General knowledge of chemicals, cleaners, strippers, and waxes is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as hand and power tools, emergency equipment, and cleaning equipment.
• Good oral communication skills; able to follow directions and communicate clearly over handheld radios.
• Ability to stand, sit, or lay for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
• Ability to tolerate environments with second‑hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in emergency situations.
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, able to push, pull, carry, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform tasks in confined spaces (push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, balance).

Initial placement within the salary range is based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package. Benefits include day‑one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and an annual performance bonus. Paid time off is earned according to local policy and increases with length of employment.
