Job DescriptionThe Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops, and work areas.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area: empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose unwanted vehicle parts, and store tools and equipment properly.
- Maintain parking lots and grounds neatly and orderly, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
- Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
- Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are completed.
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to multitask.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Clear close vision required.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer service abilities.
- Positive attitude.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Willingness to learn.
- Pulling/pushing, carrying.
- Walking 5+ minutes.
- Sitting.
- Standing 5+ minutes.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling 1+ times.
- Operating a motor vehicle.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Withstanding exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.

Hourly: $17 – $21 per hour.
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
