The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops, and work areas.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area: empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose unwanted vehicle parts, and store tools and equipment properly.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds neatly and orderly, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are completed.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Customer service abilities.
• Positive attitude.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willingness to learn.

• Pulling/pushing, carrying.
• Walking 5+ minutes.
• Sitting.
• Standing 5+ minutes.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling 1+ times.
• Operating a motor vehicle.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Withstanding exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.

Hourly: $17 – $21 per hour.

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
