Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Purina Animal Nutrition facility. You will lead six maintenance technicians, oversee daily maintenance, and drive asset reliability and safety across a 24‑hour/5‑day operation.
You will collaborate with production, report to the Plant Manager, and prioritize capital plans while ensuring compliance with OSHA/EPA rules. Weekend work may be required, and you should bring strong leadership and PLC/electrical knowledge to the role.
