Job SummaryThe Custodian performs routine manual work in housekeeping and cleaning of interior spaces and immediate exterior areas. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, polishes and dusts furniture, and cleans restrooms, windows, blinds, mirrors, etc. in buildings across campus.

Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.

Final candidates must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
Skills and KnowledgeAbility to climb stairs and ladders, reach and lift arms above head, and walk and/or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to use job-related tools, equipment, and chemical supplies.
Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED. Valid U.S Driver’s license.
