This full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role is located in Tuscaloosa, AL. The Maintenance Technician will perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities and equipment. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, performing equipment maintenance and repairs, implementing preventive maintenance routines, and addressing any operational issues efficiently. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.

• Proficiency in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance processes.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and operational issues.
• Experience in maintenance and repair tasks, including industrial maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requests effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations related to facility maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in property management or multifamily housing maintenance is preferred.
