Overview
Now Hiring Hotel Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with the ability to diagnose and repair various requests.
- Perform quarterly preventative maintenance in each guest room, major mechanical inspection and repair, and maintain other equipment.
- General upkeep of the exterior or the building.
- Administer the hotel’s risk management program and monitor outside contractors and their associates.
- Prioritize guest security and safety as a core responsibility in providing a safe and secure environment for all guests.
- Complete job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policies and procedures.
- Oversee the 78-room Courtyard by Marriott.
- Responsible for overall maintenance of the property including preventative maintenance in guestrooms, pool maintenance and balancing pool chemicals, and general maintenance of the building.
- Must have maintenance background including general plumbing, electrical and building repair experience.
- Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
