GROUNDSKEEPER (Part Time)

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Groundskeeper for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, keeping grounds clean and presentable, performing basic landscaping duties, and assisting with general upkeep of the property.

$15.00 per hour

Monday through Friday, part-time schedule, 3 to 4 days per week.

• Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, walkways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Operate a zero-turn mower and weed eater to mow, trim, edge, rake, sweep, and remove debris as needed.
• Pick up trash and keep grounds clean, safe, and presentable.
• Water plants, grass, and landscaped areas as directed.
• Assist with planting, mulching, weeding, and basic landscaping tasks.
• Use basic lawn care tools and equipment safely and properly.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property damage to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, or general labor experience preferred.
• Must have experience operating a zero-turn mower and weed eater.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely use basic lawn care tools and equipment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to keeping work areas clean and organized.

Part-time, temporary to hire
